#BreakTheBias - IWD 2022
The theme for 2022 was #BreaktheBias! This campaign asked us to cross our arms in solidarity to call out gender bias, discrimination and stereotyping. Together, we forged women's equality.

We’re looking for a mixture of styles so get your thinking caps on, these can be simply a photo of you at your desk; with your family; while you’re out for your daily exercise; maybe even a few crazy ones thrown in but make sure that you get those arms crossed for breaking the bias!
Show your solidarity in choosing to challenge and call out aspects that are unhelpful to women.

We’d love to hear your stories of “Overcoming Stereotypes” and creating change in your life
These can be in the form of a blog; a video of you telling your story; a video of you with someone else asking you about your challenges; or for the creatives out there maybe bring your story to life with an illustration.
Your challenges and subsequent change might be something you’ve faced in the past year or maybe its a challenge that you’ve faced throughout life, tell us how you’ve coped with that and become who you are today. Over to you, it’s your personal stories of using negative experiences to create change that we’d love you to share with us. We want to celebrate your success with you!
Networking, Workshops & Seminars
Our Networking meetings are on the 3rd Friday of each month! Our next one is scheduled for Friday 18th February from 10am to 11.30am and is based at Explore Indie, 35 St Nicholas Street, Scarborough. Join us to keep updated!
We will be live-streaming and posting videos from Inspirational Speakers on our social media sites on Tuesday 8th March and hopefully throughout the whole month of March, if we get enough content.
