passionate about the benefits of Coaching and aims is to ‘inspire’ people to make the changes required, which in turn have a positive impact on careers and life away from work.

Jennifer Crowther
Director, Yorkshire In Business
Jenn has supported the group from the outset and organises many of the groups events and activities.
Jenn is the founder of Yorkshire in Business, a not for profit organisation delivering a range of Business Support activities along the Yorkshire Coast. She is passionate about ensuring Scarborough businesses have access to trusted Business Advice and nurtures individuals to set up businesses, survive and thrive in our local community.

Kelly Dunn
Kelly Dunn is the Managing Director of KD Recruitment, based in Scarborough. They specialise in permanent and fixed term Contract roles across North and East Yorkshire. Recruiting for a variety of positions across many different areas from Office Support, PA and Customer Service roles, Accountancy and Finance, HR, Sales and Marketing as well as Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain to name a few.
She works hard to understand her clients needs, the culture fit and how they like to recruit so that she can go out into the market place to search and select the right candidates for them. For Kelly, it is all about matching the right person with the right business. She prides herself in her service delivery to all of her clients and candidates alike.
Alongside running her successful business, Kelly is also a key member of the “Inspiring Women” team. She has been involved in Inspiring Women since the beginning and now works closely with Jenn Crowther coordinating the whole event.
